Foundation: What We Do & What We Avoid
🛑 The "No Speculation" Mandate
We absolutely do not participate in intraday trading, speculation, or naked option trading (buying/writing options is strictly for hedging). Why?
- Break-Even Crisis: The recent STT increase means Nifty requires a 12-point movement just to break even on taxes and charges.
- Risk/Reward Failure: Earning ₹50 while risking ₹30 (to net ₹20) means you are "distributing money to the village" via short-term gain taxes and charges.
- The Core Objective: "How to make more money by reducing the number of trades."
✅ The Focus Areas
- Positional Trading
- Swing Trading
- Value Buying
- Script Selection
Upcoming Live Seminars:
The session is going to happen in Surat, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai in the first phase.
Very soon, we are also planning to expand to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Indore, Delhi, Kolkata, and Jaipur.

The Wyckoff Method: Institutional Footprinting
The 4 Market Phases
Institutions trading with ₹5000+ Crore do not trigger AI radars via "Volume Spikes". Instead, they use Volume Slicing (buying in small, untraceable pieces).
How to Use It (Step-by-Step)
Consolidation vs. V-Shape
V-Shape Pattern: Yields quick profit. (The path to becoming "Rich").
Multi-Month Consolidation: Yields big profit. (The path to becoming "Wealthy").
Example: Between April 2025 and October 2025, SBI consolidated tightly for 4 months. The breakout yielded 48%, compared to a standard V-shape which yielded only 20%. Retailers hold 50% losses, but cannot hold 4-5 months of flat performance. This is where institutions accumulate.
Wyckoff Case Studies & Charts
Depreciated 56% from lifetime high. Experienced massive V-shape recovery, stabilized, and formed multiple fake breakouts/breakdowns. The fake breakdowns trapped short sellers (protecting retail equity buyers), followed by a massive jump.
Depreciated 52%. Consolidated for 1.5 years with multiple fake breakouts/breakdowns. Once broken out, jumped 47%. Insight: Holding for 1.5 years requires a cash flow strategy.
Grasim: Yielded a massive 773% return from 2020 bottom.
CDSL: Depreciated 40% from nearest high. Chart shows 3 fake breakdowns and 2 fake breakouts (perfect Wyckoff accumulation sign).
The Kelly Criterion: Dynamic Sizing
The 3 Kelly Codes
The Kelly framework explicitly protects you from common psychological trading traps:
- 1. The "Greedy" Mistake: FOMO entries or over-leveraging on a feeling.
- 2. The "Scared" Mistake: Exiting early out of fear, missing the trend.
- 3. The Kelly Cheat Code: Using math to dictate position size automatically based on baseline strategy data.

Mandelbrot's Fat-Tails & Risk Defense
Fat Tails refer to the extremes (long wicks on charts) where standard distribution math fails. We exploit them using 5 unbreakable rules.
1. Cap Your "Left Tail" (Downside) Risk
- Use "kill switches" to cut exposure immediately (e.g., The 200 DSMA).
- Absolutely avoid leverage (Options).
- Eliminate naked short positions entirely.
2. Leave the "Right Tail" (Upside) Open
- Never use targets. Let trailing stop losses dictate the exit.
- Understand that if losses are common, massive gains are also common in fat-tailed environments.
3. Avoid "Steam roller" Strategies
These strategies pick up pennies in front of a steamroller:
- Scalping
- Selling naked options
- Targeting small amounts consistently with open risk
4. Stress-Test the Extremes
- Do not optimize backtest strategies for "normal" markets.
- Backtest fat-tail events specifically: 2008 Financial Crisis & 2020 Flash Crash.
5. Accumulate During the Panic
Markets crash irrationally and liquidity dries up. This is the time to accumulate high-quality assets. (e.g., If a ₹100 stock falls 30% to ₹70, it must rise 42.86% just to break even. We capture that mean reversion).
Kill Switch Case Studies:
RBLBANK: Crashed 85-90%. Kill switch at ₹603 saved total capital loss.
RPOWER: Never recovered post-listing. Kill switch activated at ₹240.
SUZLON: Crashed 98%, but entering at correct bottom support post-kill switch yielded 1554%.
FIRE Philosophy & M-Quadrix Compounding
Live FIRE Calculator (SWP)
How large must your portfolio be to sustain your lifestyle?
To ensure your wealth never depletes, we calculate your pool using a strict 4% withdrawal rate—even if your portfolio earns 18%. The remaining profit stays invested as a buffer against market crashes and inflation.
Example (Moderate Expense): If a conservative investor needs ₹60,000 a month (₹7.2L/year) and expects a 17% return, dividing by 4% gives a ₹1.8 Crore Pool. They can safely withdraw ₹7.5L yearly, and the pool theoretically never hits zero.
Safe Assumption: Always base your lifestyle planning on a conservative 12% return to maintain a heavy safety buffer.
The M-Quadrix Compounding Framework
Core Rule: SV = BV (Your Sale Value = Your Next Buy Value)
Psychological benefit: During losing streaks, quantity drops automatically. During winning streaks, quantity scales automatically. Compounding must be passive via zero-leverage equity.

Buy Rules (Explained Simply!)
Imagine the 39 SMA is a magical boundary line on your chart.
- Step 1: Wait for a jumper! Wait for one full candle to jump and completely finish (close) above the magical line.
- Step 2: Draw a roof. Look at the very top (the highest point) of that jumping candle. Draw an imaginary roof there.
- Step 3: Only buy if they break the roof! Wait for the next candles. If a new candle climbs higher and breaks through that imaginary roof, then you buy!
- Golden Rule: Make sure this happens above yesterday's highest point (PDH).
Exit Rules (How to Protect Yourself)
- Step 1: Wait for a faller! Watch for a candle to completely close below the magical line.
- Step 2: Draw a floor. Look at the very bottom (the lowest point) of that falling candle and draw an imaginary floor.
- Step 3: Jump out! If any new candle drops below that floor, you sell immediately.
- Golden Rule: Only sell if we are below yesterday's lowest point (PDL).
