1. Acceptance of Institutional Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the www.visidhae.tech domain, purchasing our *stock market courses*, or deploying our algorithmic SaaS, you establish a binding agreement with Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd.

If you do not agree to these strict operational terms, you must immediately cease all use of our website and structural platforms. We reserve the sovereign right to update, modify, or enforce these terms at any time without prior public notice. Your continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the modified protocols.

2. Intellectual Property & Digital Architecture

All content, mathematical matrices, custom code, webhooks, EOD screeners, text, graphics, and video archives (including VISIDHAE PRIME, QUANTUM GRID, and MACRO VAULT) are the exclusive intellectual property of Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for your personal, sovereign use to navigate the stock market.

Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, commercial resale, or unauthorized distribution of our proprietary *stock market courses* or SaaS tools will result in immediate termination of access without refund, followed by aggressive legal prosecution.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Operations

As an operator within the Visidhae Tech ecosystem, you agree to deploy our infrastructure responsibly. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing your Operator Portal login credentials with third parties, groups, or non-verified individuals.
  • Attempting to breach, scrape, or stress-test our servers, API endpoints, or databases using automated bots.
  • Utilizing our branding, logos, or structural frameworks to sell competing financial services or advisory products.
  • Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or deploying our webhooks for illegal market manipulation.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Market Liability

The tools and educational data provided by Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd. are delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the mathematical success, uninterrupted operation, or zero-latency performance of our software in the live stock market.

Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd., its directors, and its deployment team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including severe capital loss, profit degradation, or data corruption—resulting from the use or inability to use our infrastructure. The operator assumes 100% of the risk associated with financial execution.

5. Operator Account Security

If you are granted access to the Operator Portal or the Club 17 Network, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities, executions, and data submissions that occur under your account. Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd. cannot and will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with SaaS infrastructure or educational tools, shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, legal proceedings, or regulatory claims arising out of your engagement with Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
