Digital Deployment & Access Policy
Standard operating procedures governing the secure delivery and provisioning of Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd. digital assets and curriculum infrastructure.
1. Exclusively Digital Architecture
Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd. is a financial technology and data science firm. We exclusively provision digital infrastructure, algorithmic SaaS, and online *stock market courses* (including VISIDHAE PRIME, QUANTUM GRID, and THE MACRO VAULT).
2. Provisioning & Delivery Timelines
Upon the successful clearing of capital through our authorized payment gateways, operators will receive access to their purchased infrastructure according to the following deployment schedule:
- VISIDHAE PRIME & Automated SaaS: Secure login credentials to the Operator Portal will be automatically dispatched to your registered primary business email address within twenty-four (24) hours of payment confirmation.
- QUANTUM GRID & MACRO VAULT (High-Ticket Provisioning): Due to the bespoke nature of these advanced tiers and the integration of custom webhooks/screeners, deployment may require manual provisioning by our IT team. Full access will be granted within forty-eight (48) hours. An onboarding specialist may contact you directly to configure your environment.
- Forensic Data Audits: Delivery timelines for custom mathematical autopsies will be communicated during your Discovery Briefing, typically ranging from 5 to 7 business days following the submission of your broker P&L data.
3. System Access & Security Verification
All access credentials, downloadable resources, and webhook APIs will be delivered exclusively to the email address provided during the checkout or application process.
It is the sovereign responsibility of the operator to ensure their provided contact information is accurate. Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd. utilizes IP tracking and multi-factor authentication to ensure initial portal access is secure. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email submissions or strict corporate spam filters blocking our dispatches.
4. Non-Delivery Escalation Protocol
If the standard deployment timelines (24-48 hours) have elapsed and you have not received your secure portal credentials, we require immediate notification.
Operators must first verify their spam, junk, or corporate quarantine folders. If the deployment dispatch is absent, initiate an escalation ticket by contacting our corporate support desk with your full legal name and secure transaction ID. Our deployment team will manually override and provision your access immediately upon verification.
