1. Strict Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Architecture

Due to the immediate, irrevocable access to our highly sensitive intellectual property, historical data models, and proprietary frameworks (such as VISIDHAE PRIME and QUANTUM GRID), all sales are absolutely final.
By completing a purchase on www.visidhae.tech, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund and no-transfer policy.
2. The Singular 15-Day Service Delivery Exception
Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd. maintains a ruthless standard of operational excellence. The only exceptional circumstance under which a refund will be issued is based strictly on our failure to initiate or deliver your purchased services.
You are entitled to a full, 100% refund ONLY IF: Our deployment team fails to provide you with access to your purchased *stock market courses*, SaaS tools, or Operator Portal within fifteen (15) calendar days from the exact date of your verified payment.
If this exceptional failure occurs, you will receive a full refund to your original mode of payment.
3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Prohibition

- Any unauthorized sharing of portal login credentials is strictly prohibited.
- The resale, redistribution, or commercial packaging of our mathematical models and curriculum content is a violation of intellectual property law.
If our tracking architecture detects any form of piracy, commercial misuse, or unauthorized account sharing, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Operator Portal without a refund, and we will pursue legal damages.
4. Acknowledgment of Market Risk & Implementation

Visidhae Tech Pvt Ltd. treats fraudulent chargebacks as a direct breach of corporate protocol. If an operator attempts to bypass this strict refund policy by issuing a chargeback with their bank or credit card provider after gaining access to our proprietary *stock market courses* or SaaS:
- The operator's access to all Visidhae Tech infrastructure will be immediately and permanently severed.
- The operator will be blacklisted from the Club 17 Network and all future firm deployments.
- We will submit detailed digital access logs, IP tracking data, and this binding policy agreement to the financial institution to dispute and overturn the fraudulent claim.
6. Refund Initiation Protocol & Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always dictate the terms of your engagement.
If you meet the singular 15-day non-delivery criteria outlined in Section 2, you must initiate your refund claim by dispatching a formal request to our corporate support desk. You must include your full legal name, order details, and transaction ID. Approved refunds will be processed within standard business days back to the original mode of payment.
